"It is a pleasure to speak at this year’s Black Girls in Media Conference. As black women, our voices have always been powerful, but now they are unstoppable. We are narrators, architects and champions of the future. This conference is a reminder that when we uplift each other, there is no limit to what we can achieve."

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS AND PARTNERS
We’re already gearing up for the next BGIM event, and we want your input! We’ve hit Atlanta, we’ve conquered NYC—what city should we take over next? Let us know!
We can’t wait to do it all over again with you.
What's Next?
Our gift bags were filled with amazing products from some of our favorite brands such as Madd Hippie Skincare, Sally Beauty, Mielle Organics, True Religion and more. We had an amazing time hearing from Bennitta Joseph at Joseph & Norinsberg Law Firm, as well as previewing a special screening of the film Seeking Mavis Beacon with Neon Rated. Attendees also went home with their own deck of Going Steady Card Game cards, a Black-owned card game to help you meet new people. We can't help but to also thank our friends over at Coca-Cola for providing us with refreshments throughout the weekend.
